SAN DIEGO, California (February 16, 2023) – AppraiserLoft ValuClear™ leverages thousands of local-market experts to derive an accurate pre-valuation estimate that's a reliable alternative to traditional AVMs and client estimates. With an average same day turn time, ValuClear provides lenders a pre-valuation estimate at a fraction of the cost of full appraisal or BPO.

The ValuClear report provides the expert price estimate and supporting documentation lenders need to start the lending process. Each report includes hand-selected comparables, MLS data and property photos to support the pre-valuation estimate.
